Brock W. Rouch

Brock W. Rouch, CIMA®

MANAGING PARTNER

Brock began his financial career as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley in 2016 after working as a project manager in the oil and gas industry, a role that took him around the world and exposed him to large, complex projects and fast-moving operational environments. His international work sharpened his ability to manage decisions, coordinate diverse teams, and maintain clarity under pressure — skills that translated seamlessly into guiding clients through important financial decisions.

As a Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Platte River Private Wealth, Brock plays a central role in the firm’s investment philosophy and execution. Utilizing his CIMA® designation, he oversees the investment portfolios for the entire organization, leading the firm’s portfolio design, research process, and ongoing management. He is committed to maintaining a disciplined, evidence-based approach to investing, ensuring that each portfolio is aligned with client goals, adaptable to market conditions, and grounded in thoughtful risk management.

Along with managing portfolios, Brock also supervises other advisors, supports the development and consistency of client service standards, and continues to work closely with his own clients on comprehensive financial planning and long-term strategy.

Outside the office, Brock enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He has a love/hate relationship with golf, tries his very best to balance his love for cookies with his enthusiasm for CrossFit, and very much enjoys the Great Outdoors. Whether he’s on the golf course, at the gym, or exploring nature with his family, Brock values experiences that keep him balanced, active, and energized for the work he loves.
